A number of rain delays and an early end to the Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway resulted Stewart-Haas Racing’s Kurt Busch taking an unlikely victory Sunday. Busch, who has now racked up two wins this season, headed into the race with his not-so-competitive back-up car after crashing his main car in practice, a turn of events which made him an improbable winner. For the first 50 laps of the race, the rain was patchy and unpredictable, resulting in three separate red flags early on.
