All persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. A caller reported that they had lost their cell phone and wallet over the weekend somewhere in the city. A bicycle was reported taken from City Park, it was a black with red writing mountain bike with a single shock. The bike was valued at $700. A vandalism was report at South 1t and East Main where a group of kids allegedly tore a banner on the caboose at the Chamber of Commerce lawn. A resident on Garner Drive complained that some kids were ringing doorbells in the neighborhood and then running off. A report was received from an apartment on Custer Street that a residence there had been broken into and $958 worth of items taken. The report is under investigation and police are following-up. Austin Hammack , 21, Lander, on a Contempt of Court warrant. A Pavillion-area resident complained of receiving threatening texts. The Lander Medical Clinic requested a welfare check on a female client in the Lander area in an ongoing adult welfare investigation. A case of road rage was reported on Midway Lane near Riverton at 4:31 p. m. Monday.
