The 1972 C3 Corvette is literally one-of-one, with no other production vehicle like it. Motion Performance was a hopping speed shop in the late 1960s, performing work on many Camaros, Novas and Chevelles. Even other Corvettes passed through the hands of Motion Performance. One man, a Dan Hayes, actually purchased the rarity on eBay for a mere $30,000 in 2006. Now, it’s asking price has reached $600,000. The 1972 Motion C3 Corvette has been crafted with different portions of Motion Performance kits. A Motion Shark kit resides up front with a clamshell hood, while the rear comes from a Motion Manta Ray kit with custom glass and spoiler. As for power, the factory LS5 454 still resides under the hood, rated at 475 hp.
