We’ve seen the new 2016 Nissan Titan XD up-close, and the Cummins-powered pickup has certainly generated a lot of interest among both our staff and readers. Nissan has announced that the Cummins-powered XD is but one of multiple configurations that the new Titan will be offered. Two other engines are in the works for the lighter-duty Titan (and gas-powered) XD. Our money is on some variant of the VQ-series V-6 engine, either a 3. 5L or 4. 0L, possibly with direct injection, and the big gas V-8 being the VK56DE...
