Jean-Claude Van Damme, of martial arts film fame, has listed his Marina del Rey home for sale at $9. 999 million. The more than 7,500 square feet of living space on three stories contains a home theater, a gym, a wine cellar and an elevator. The master-bedroom suite has dual bathrooms for a total of six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Van Damme, 54, is a martial artist, actor and film producer and director. Set amid mature olive trees, oaks and Italian cypress is a 9,535-square-foot, Tuscany-inspired house designed by Santa Barbara architect Barry Berkus and built in 1988. A massive hand-carved front door sets an Old World tone. Unusual features include beams from East Coast bridges on the ceiling of the library/study, a hedged secret garden and a third-floor tower room and roof deck with panoramic views. Attached to the main house are 770 square feet of guest quarters including a living room with skylight, a galley kitchen, a fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom.
