Diesel System Services offers Power Stroke Injectors that are completely remanufactured at our shop. All Injectors are sold as a matched, balanced and calibrated set. Meaning nozzles pop off pressures and spray volumes are set within a couple of cc's of each other, making for a much smoother running engine. In order to do this you must set the stack clearances and have your own nozzle grinding and machining equipment and the experience that 99% of the remanufactures don't have. There is more to rebuilding the Power stroke injector than just putting a new nozzle and installing an o-ring kit. All of our injectors come with new o-rings already installed and copper sealing washers. We also offer these injectors in various performance levels. From bigger flowing tips, 235cc hybrids, to customer spec injectors. Thank you for your interest and hope to hear from you soon...
