Our remanufactured Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel long blocks are assembled using Mahle Pistons, Mahle Piston Rings, Clevite Bearings,Melling Oil Pump, SBI International Valvetrain Products. Felpro gaskets, OEM Camshaft & Timing Components and Pioneer Freeze Plugs.

REMANUFACTURED Cylinder Heads
Valvetrain INSPECTED TO OEM CLEARANCES
NEW OIL PUMP GEARS FOR CRANK.
UPPER/LOWER Gasket set AS FELPRO
Not Included: timing cover, valve covers, oil pan, injectors or glow plugs, balancer, no sensors, intake, or H20 pump.
All of our engines are remanufactured to meet or exceed OE specifications.
A specification and build sheet are available for each engine. Blocks, heads and crankshafts are magnaflux tested to reject cracked components. Crankshafts and camshafts are checked for size, reground if necessary and micro-polished to OEM specifications. All heads get new seals/valve seats and are vacuum tested.
We do not weld or repair cracked blocks, cranks or heads. If we do not have a good rebuildable engine core we will not offer an engine for sale.
