Buchanan County Sheriff's Report 7/22/2015 - Community Newspaper Group
On Tuesday, May 19, Buchanan County Sheriff’s Deputies made two separate arrests. First, Jeremy Michael Quario, 31, Hazleton was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Buchanan County for Probation Violation. Then, Jesse Ray Kirby, 21, Independence, was also arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Buchanan County for Probation Violation. On Wednesday, May 20, Buchanan County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested and charged Kim Robin Tielebein, 47, Hazleton, on multiple accounts, including Driving While License Revoked and Disorderly Conduct. Michale Tyre Charles Jefferson, 18, Waterloo, was arrested on an active arrest warrant by Buchanan County Sheriff’s Deputies on Wednesday, May 20. The warrant was issued for Failure to Appear. Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest. On Thursday, May 21, Taylor Austin Smutz, 22, Brandon, was arrested by Buchanan County Sheriff’s Deputies for Criminal Mischief in the second degree. Smutz was held at the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office following the arrest. Buchanan County Sheriff’s Deputies made the arrest following a traffic stop near the 1400 block of Buchanan-Delaware Ave. On Friday, May 22, Buchanan County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested and charged Bradley David Organ, 48, Independence, for Driving While License Suspended.
