Garbage bags are falling out of dark-blue Ford F350 @ H95/MP 420 (Mica Creek). A large, trash bag is lying on H95/MP 426 (Cougar Creek Bridge). Caller reports drunk male w/suspended license driving gray 1963 Chevy @ Govt Way/Hayden Ave. A tire is lying on road @ e/b I-90/MP 2 (Pleasant View/Post Falls). Driver of red Dodge Caravan has lost a wheel @ w/b I-90/MP 6 (Seltice Way overpass). 50ish male and /female, are walking across property @ 4300 Maplewood/Post Falls, may be burglars.
