James Holpp, 83, was driving a 2013 Nissan Altima when he crossed the center line and struck a 2001 Ford F-550 driven by Herald Ball, 73, Trooper Kelly Rhodes said. Holpp’s wife, Dorothy Holpp, 73, was in the passenger seat and was pronounced dead at the scene.
