The resolution also encouraged RECAP planners to work with the MPCA and Environmental Quality Board to gauge objections about wetland issues at the site, known as the Highway 332-city site. Should objections be raised, the RECAP team was authorized to substitute a site known as the Highway 332-Ziemba site for the environmental evaluation.
