Mowrer attempted to gain control of the vehicle, police said, but was unable to do so. Police said that Mowrer's 2001 Ford F-250 swerved into the left and right lanes of travel, onto the west berm of the roadway, and struck the guardrail with the... Police added that the trailer struck the guardrail an additional time, and that Mowrer's truck continued to cross over both lanes of travel, at which point the front corner of the truck struck the center cement barrier.
