This is a restored FAR-11001-A 12 volt starter
Starter comes with the correct engineering # stamped on it. We also stamp a date code on the starter. If you know the build date of your car and want a date code put on it let us know it with your payment. If no date code is included with payment we will not put a date code on it. Thanks

- Part are basted clean to remove all paint and corrosion
- Field coils are tested, replaced or rewrapped with new insulated field coil wrapping
- Armatures are tested on a growler and a leakage tester.
- Armatures are machined, Commutators are turned, undercut and re-polished and sprayed with an insulating varnish
- Components parts are cleaned and or new parts are installed
- Starter drives are replaced with new or refurbished.
