Two victims in Panola County collision identified - KLTV

Texas Department of Public Safety troopers say they were called about 2 p. m. to the scene of the wreck on State Highway 315, about two miles west of Clayton. According to preliminary reports from the department, a driver in a 2008 Ford F-350 was traveling east on Highway 315 when the vehicle experienced a blowout. The driver of the Ford, Fred Roach, 31, of Baytown, was treated at the scene and released, DPS says. The driver of the charger, Joshua Andrus, 25, of Beckville, was pronounced dead at the scene by a justice of the peace. DPS says 4-year-old Mikinzey Andrus, also of Beckville, was pronounced dead. Panola County Sheriff's Office, Clayton Fire Department and Carthage EMS assisted DPS with the crash. Source: www.kltv.com
