Take a bus to Salinas and then ride bicycles back home to Santa Barbara. On Friday, the journey for Sergio Garcia, 18. Sebastian Herics, 19. and Tomas Tedesco, 19, began at Central Park in Salinas. The first night for the three Santa Barbara teens was going to be spent at Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park in Big Sur. “We’re glad you’re here to celebrate the beginning of our trip,” Tedesco said as his picture was being taken.
