This is a used Instrument Cluster 
From a 1989 Ford F150 Pickup.
 4X2, Automatic transmission, 5.0L GASOLINE Engine,
 With tachometer, With Trip Odometer,
 Posted mileage: 00671.1.
It is in good used condition for the age. 
It was tested in the truck- worked fine. 
The circuit board looks good.
I guarantee the part to be functional.
There are some scratches and minor discoloration to the lens.
 Also the PRND21 is included,
(THE CABLE IS DAMAGED, AS SHOWN)
 but may differ depending on the transmission in the truck.
