Over 100 pounds of marijuana was confiscated Tuesday morning by Fayette County Sheriff's Office deputies after it was discovered during a routine traffic stop. It happened at around 11 a. m. along I-10. The Sheriff's Office says a tan Ford F-150 was stopped for a minor traffic violation, but after contact with the driver and passenger were made deputies became suspicious and asked for consent to search... The Sheriff's Office says deputies found bundles of marijuana under the seats -- approximately 105 pounds, with a street value of around $55,000.
