Police said the crash occurred at 6:25 p. m. , two-tenths of a mile east of Route 834. A 1992 Ford F-150 pickup driven by Hylton was traveling westbound on Route 40 when it crossed the center line and struck a 2005 Honda Accord head-on, according... Hylton was not wearing a seat belt.
