More than 1100 pounds of marijuana found in truck - KGBT-TV
Border Patrol agents arrested a Mexican man on Thursday after finding more than 1,100 pounds of marijuana inside a Ford truck. Agents assigned to the Brownsville station were advised of a white pickup truck being loaded with bundles of marijuana at about 1 p. m. , according to a news release by U. S. Customs and Border Protection. "A few minutes later, agents found the truck abandoned on the side of the road with bundles of marijuana inside the cab and bed of the truck," according to the news release.
