Stamper was taken to Mat-Su Pretrial. August 13, 1:14 p. m. , Palmer-Wasilla Highway. Police responded to a vehicle collision at the intersection of the Palmer-Wasilla Highway and the Parks Highway in which no injuries or citations were reported. Police say Steven M. Whorton, 25, of Anchorage, drove to the Wasilla Police Department to report the vehicle he was driving was stolen. He was taken to Mat-Su Pretrial. Wasilla Police conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of the Palmer-Wasilla Highway and Financial Drive, where they found the driver was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated with three children in the car. The driver, Anjuschka Brown, was charged with DUI and three counts of reckless endangerment and taken to Mat-Su Pretrial.
