Exterior Brilliant Silver Metallic looks great and still have the new car shine to it, hard to believe it's a 1999 model year with 149k miles. Great job for previous owners for taking care of this gorgeous car. That said I did find a few blemishes, a scuff on the front bumper right corner (please view photo), a few light scratches on the trunk lid and clear coat  damage on the top of the trunk close to rear window (Please view the many photos in this listing)
The undercarriage is rust free, in fact it looks like new car (please the undercarriage photos for additional details)
