Each vent is constructed of light-weight FRP composite material.
This item is a rain guard which will direct water away from the rear hatch base, away from dripping onto the rear bank (rear cylinder head) Ignition coil set
Normal car washing or if left outside, the NSX factory hatch will drain water onto the rear cylinder head, which can lead to premature ignition system failure over time, due to water intrusion into the cylinder coil packs on the rear head. This piece attaches to the underside of the body frame, allowing water to direct away from the head and onto the side of the engine compartment.Uses 3M tape or hardware to install. It is designed for use on 1991-2001 NA1 / but can be altered to fit 02-05 with slight trimming.
