PureFlow Airdog Diesel Fuel Lift Pump 100GPH for 01-10 Chevy / GMC Duramax 6.6L

Description

BRAND NEW IN BOX

FITMENT : 2001-2010 For Chevy/GMC Duramax 6.6L.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :This is the AirDog I FP-100 fuel system for the 2001-2010 Chevy/GMC Duramax 6.6L. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. This system utilizes the factory suction port in the fuel module for suction and plugs into the factory fuel line on the pressure side to supply fuel to the CP3 injection pump. The return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This is one of the easiest fuel systems to install. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system. Check out our installation manual for a list of parts that are included with this kit.
The Original Fuel Air Separation System

The fuel passes through the water separator which removes the water and large particulate contaminates that could damage or jam the gerator fuel pump. The fuel, with only entrained air/vapor and tiny particulate contaminates remaining, enters the fuel pump. The fuel, now under positive pressure flow, enters the filter. As the fuel passes through the filter media and the remaining particulate contaminates are caught and contained, the entrained air/vapor is also separated. Through the positive fuel air separation features of the patented Fuel Preporator® the separated air/vapor is discharged from the filter through the Primary Air/Vapor Discharge Port and into the return to tank passage after the regulator. The fuel passing through the filter media (free of...
