The preliminary investigation revealed that a 2005 Buick Lacrosse driven by Terrance Gipson, 45, of Springhill was traveling south on US Hwy 371 when, for reasons still under investigation, the vehicle exited the right side of the roadway and... Gipson was reportedly restrained at the time of the crash, but still sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Webster Parish coroner.
