Tuesday on a charge of arson after fire destroyed a car. Doyle, 30, of 324 Anna St. was arrested after police investigated a car fire Tuesday night next to Beecher High Rise at 301 W. Beecher Ave. Jacksonville firefighters extinguished the blaze in a 1997 Chrysler Concorde. A witness told police that someone set the fire, according to a fire department report. The car was valued at $1,500. • Kayla M. Hepburn, 32, of 826 N. Church St. was arrested about 5:50 p. m. Wednesday on a charge of unauthorized possession of a prescription form. • A Winchester man suffered minor injuries about noon Tuesday when the tractor-trailer he was driving overturned in Pike County.
