Arizona teens arrested with reported stolen vehicles - TheReporter.Com
At approximately 11:40 a. m. Sunday, a resident in the 300 block of Shasta Drive reported returning home to find a vehicle missing from the garage and items missing from inside of the residence, including multiple firearms, according to Vacaville... A caller reported a woman associated with a white SUV and a red Dodge Caravan acting suspiciously in the parking lot of the complex, Windham said. Officers arrived and determined the white SUV was the vehicle stolen earlier in the day from the Shasta Drive residence. A 16-year-old girl was contacted at the vehicle, parked next to the red Dodge Caravan. The girl was taken into custody at the scene, but the boy fled from officers, Windham said. All of the firearms that were stolen from the residence were recovered in the stolen vehicles. The red Dodge Caravan was determined to have been stolen on Aug. Police later determined that the teens had driven the Dodge to California and were in Vacaville to visit the boy’s friend who resides in the area. Source: www.thereporter.com
