Police said Christopher Haldeman, 38, of 1300 Woodhaven Drive, Luzerne County, was charged with five counts of indirect criminal contempt for violating a Protection From Abuse order. Police said Haldeman had the order against him issued in Schuylkill County Court on July 28 and violated it by contacting Latisha Tufts and her children. He later sent text messages to Tufts on several occasions and left items on her front porch, police said.
