Wonder Lake truck driver cited after hazmat incident in Richmond - Northwest Herald
Aaron Broderick was driving a semitrailer south on Route 12 about 8:30 a. m. Tuesday when he allegedly drove through the red light at the intersection of Route 173, Richmond police officer Scott Adams said. A 51-year-old woman from Hebron driving a 2006 Ford Freestar east on Route 173 had to swerve to avoid a major collision with the semitrailer, Adams said. Broderick eventually drove to Commercial Street. Police cited him for failing to obey a traffic signal, Adams said. Adams said some of the fuel seeped into a ditch on Commercial Street.
