A man from Cincinnati was stopped by police at the corner of North Buffalo Road and Milestrip Road for selling Japanese bonsai trees out of a van without a permit. Police were called to a gas station at the corner of Abbott Road and Route 20A for a two-car accident. Witnesses said a vehicle driven by a Blasdell woman struck another vehicle. She was placed under arrest, and at the station she took a breath test, allegedly registering a 0. 16 percent blood alcohol level. The woman had a suspended license due to a previous impaired conviction in 2012.
