This is a do it yourself type product. It requires little to no skill to install. These panels are made from sheet aluminium, cut and bent to precise specs to fit over your existing rusty edge. No grinding or welding required. The thickness of these panels are .019" or 27 gauge. All panels are acrylic coated, matte black in color, and are ready to paint. This is a quick & easy fix!
