Ford Ka - Top Speed

Not surprisingly, the new design is a major departure from the outgoing model, and is now based on Ford’s latest styling cues, including the large trapezoidal grille, swept back headlamps, and sharp creases on both the engine hood and the sides. Interestingly enough, the redesigned engine hood features a power bulge similar to the one on the Fiesta. As for the grille and the bumper, don’t expect them to differ much from the South American model. I suspect Ford Europe will go with a black-painted lower intake to match the main grille, which will give the Ka a Fiesta-like appearance. The South American model comes with a body-colored lower grille. The camouflaged rear bumper could suggests the European model will receive a few changes in this area as well, but it seems the piece is identical. I wouldn’t make sense to redesign a feature as simple as this rear bumper anyway. Interior Though Ford has yet to roll out official data for the Euro-spec Ka, we already know, based on info from the car launched in Brazil in 2014, that the new hatch is taller and a bit wider than the previous model. The layout is based on the Fiesta’s, with a relatively simple dashboard and small center console. Source: www.topspeed.com
