This is a brand new genuine Ford OEM direct replacement tension idler pulley for certain models E350, F250, F350 and F350 depending on the engine in the vehicle. See below for fitment. The pulley is dusty and has a few blemishes from storage. It is only the pulley, NO MOUNTING BOLT INCLUDED.
