While on patrol, an officer interrupted a subject siphoning fuel from a truck into his own vehicle. A male subject was reportedly using a slingshot to shoot at cars next to the freeway. Stolen vehicle: 800 block of East Francisco Boulevard. The owner of a gray 1994 Honda Accord reported he last saw the car in the parking lot of Harbor Freight Tools on July 19 at 10:30 a. m. He discover it missing today at 12:45 p. m. All the keys were accounted for. The female subject brandished a knife and attempted to stab the victim as he was trying to leave with a piece of property. The female was determined to be the primary aggressor and was booked at Marin County Jail. DUI: 3700 block of Kerner Boulevard. The driver failed field sobriety tests and was arrested and booked at Marin County Jail. MONDAY, JULY 27. Stolen vehicle: Laurelwood Court. Unknown suspects stole a burgundy 1994 Honda Accord from the driveway of the owner’s residence sometime overnight. Sometime overnight, suspects entered the lower storage area of a residence through an unlocked storage door while the residents were home and asleep. DUI: 1000 block of Court Street.
