A 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt four-door, driven by Shanque K. Collins of Rochester, was traveling north on Gaines Basin Road and allegedly failed to stop at the stop sign at Albion-Eagle Harbor Road. The Cobalt entered the intersection and collided with a westbound 2008 Honda Civic driven by Trudy M. Arnett of Newfane, sheriff’s officials said. Collins, 23, was flown by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital while her 3-year-old son who was in the back seat and front seat passenger Tiajah Shari Lewis, 22, of Rochester, were taken by Central Orleans Volunteer Ambulance to Strong.
