07/25 - Matthew Crowder of Julesburg was driving a 2007 Ford pickup west on I-76 at mile post 136. 5 and struck the rear of a 1980 Ford pickup driven by Mark Schreiner of Denver. While checking his license, it was found he had a revoked license. 07/27 - Tammy Hickey of Sterling was driving a 2004 Ford Expedition south on Hwy. The vehicle hit the front of a 2002 Dodge pickup driven by Joshua Vass of Peetz. The Dodge went off the right side of the road and stopped. Both drivers were taken to Sterling Regional Med Center with serious injuries and both vehicles had severe damage. 63 at mile post 136. 5 and the right side tires went off the edge of the asphalt for 53'. The driver attempted to steer the car back onto the road, oversteered and went into a broadside skid. The vehicle went off the left side of the road and rolled one and one half times. Trooper Joe Mack issued a ticket for failure to drive in a single lane. 07/28 - Nicholas Zelisko of Boulder was driving a 2008 Hyundai Elantra east on Hwy. 70 at mile post 421 and the vehicle went off the left side of the road into the median.
