Montgomery Hyundai plant sets production record - Montgomery Advertiser
Montgomery workers built more Hyundai cars in July than any other month in the assembly plant's 10-year history. The previous monthly record was 37,764 in August 2013. The July total included 20,971 Sonatas, the sedan that led Hyundai Motor America to record sales last month. Sonata sales jumped 6 percent last month, helping HMA to its biggest July in company history.
