The family tree of Dominique Artis and Omar Artis stretches wider than most. The siblings, along with brother Chris Artis, share the same parents: Linda Young of Peoria and Robert Artis of Flint, Mich. But at one point, in various combinations — by blood and marriages — there were 11 total stepsiblings. Dominique Artis had gone to a hospital in Michigan, complaining of horrible headaches. Doctors could not pinpoint any solid cause in the case of Dominique Artis. Roszaliyn Spires-Artis, 21, stepped out of the car on her own power. Spires-Artis suffered minor injuries and was soon released. Drake suffered leg and other injuries, but will recover and likely will be released from the hospital this week, the family says.
