1 new QuickFit secondary upper timing chain and tensioner kit. This kit includes QuickFit timing chains which feature master links. The master link chains provide a rapid and painless installation. They will keep you from having to remove the lower cover and chains. The kit includes 2 QuickFit upper/secondary timing chains, 1 left side tensioner, 1 right side tensioner and the 4 mounting bolts. The tensioners are the latest 4 generation design which replace the original poor quality tensioners installed at the factory. All components are manufactured in Japan, NOT THE INFERIOR CHINESE MANUFACTURED ECONOMY TENSIONERS THAT ARE ON THE MARKET. WHEN DOING THE JOB, DO IT WITH HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS. After a great deal of research and experience we have found that the inferior Chinese tensioners have a propensity to crack. We assume this is due to the Metallurgy (physical and chemical behavior of metallic elements, their inter-metallic compounds, and their mixtures). This is a commonly know problem with automotive products, such as brake rotors, from that region of the world.
