French Quarter Resident Sidney Torres IV, is offering an $8,000 CrimeStoppers reward for information leading to an arrest of a man who broke into his Esplanade Avenue home and stole a television. Torres said he's offering the large reward because he's "livid" about recent French Quarter crimes and wants to see criminals brought to justice. "It's only twelve blocks by six blocks," Torres said. 10, a dark-colored Infiniti Q45 pulled up in front of Torres's home in the 1000 block of Esplanade Avenue. A man exited the car, jumped Torres's front gate, kicked down his door and entered the house.
