CLEVELAND—A father is begging the suspect in a weekend hit-and-run fatal accident to turn himself in to police. Charles Jones tells Fox 8 his daughter, known as Keyva Jones-Mcnary, 41, was killed in that crash. he’s a coward, a real coward,” Charles Jones said. Authorities said the driver of a 1997 Infiniti I30 was recklessly moving through the intersection just before 3:00 a. m. Saturday. Jones tells Fox 8 his daughter, a mother of four, was in that van. ”He not only killed my daughter, he didn’t care about his friend, and he didn’t care about the man who was walking in the street who he didn’t know, he is a coward. In the area near where the accident happened, the speed limit is 25 miles per hour, but neighbors tell Fox 8 people don’t follow that rule, and something needs to change. ”We have speeding, we have people running the lights constantly, we’ve had some horrific accidents here,” said Angela Kidwell, who’s yard was part of the accident scene.
