A male with a flashlight inside a vehicle attempted to flee, and police later stopped an individual who fitted the suspect's description. He was positively identified by witnesses, and had allegedly been inside a red 2004 GMC, a gray 1999 Infiniti G20, and a gray 1998 Jeep Cherokee. The suspect was also charged with possession of burglary tools, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, and theft. He was also issued summonses for not having lamps on his bicycle, for not having audio on his bicycle, and for urinating in public. • A burglary was reported on Oct. The victim said he had left the warehouse around 10:30 a. m. , and came back around 1 p. m. to find his bedroom rummaged through. A second-floor bedroom had also been rummaged through, and an envelope containing $6,000 in cash was allegedly missing. The victim had been walking along when he was approached by two black males. One of the suspects was about 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall, and wearing a blue hoodie and dark sweatpants. The other suspect was about 5 feet 11 inches tall, and wearing a black hoodie.
