The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred when a southbound 1994 Chevrolet Lumina driven by Rosie M. Clark, 19, of De Soto, passed a 1997 Jeep Cherokee driven by Josephine M. Smith, 47, also of De Soto, and then abruptly... Rosie Clark and her passenger, 22-year-old Christopher J.
