ELYSBURG - Ralpho Township Police continue to investigate a two-vehicle crash at 10:54 p. m. Thursday on Route 487 near the intersection of Northumberland Drive. Police say a 2004 silver Suzuki, driven by Tanya Fidler, of Memorial Avenue, Williamsport, struck the rear of a black Pontiac, driven by Lori Anne Schwartz, of Lower Road, Shamokin. Assisting police at the scene were members of the Elysburg Fire Department, Elysburg Ambulance, and Elysburg Fire Police. Ralpho Township Police say a 16-year-old Elysburg was operating a 1993 Jeep Wrangler north on Stoney Lane when she swerved to avoid a deer. The Jeep then traveled down a 10-foot embankment, rolled over and came to rest on its wheels, facing south. The driver was wearing her seatbelt and was not injured, and the Jeep had to be towed from the scene. COAL TOWNSHIP - No one was injured in a three-car crash at 9:42 p. m. Thursday in the 600 block of Center Street. Township police report a 2001 Ford, driven by Cheyanne Wallish, 19, of 1741 Round Head Drive, Weatherly, was traveling on Center Street when it struck a parked 2015 Jeep, owned by Brian and Amber Molesevich, of 657 Center St. The Jeep was then... Wallish and her two passengers, George Wallish, 22, of 845 Lott St. , and a five-year-old boy, were not injured.
