S. 33, waiting to turn left. • A Noble County man, Timothy Joe Hofmann, 29, was arrested by Kosciusko County police and Syracuse police Tuesday at 6281 E. Margaret Drive, Syracuse. He was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a handgun, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of stolen items. Those items included various construction tools, along with a stolen 2003 Honda motorcycle from Noble County.
