Detective Richard Tusko said Brooke Baldwin of Newport, Australia, was hospitalized at University Medical Center after the crash about 3:45 a. m. Police say 64-year-old Joseph Bukowski, the driver of a 2005 Kia Amanti, remained at the scene during the investigation and wasn't believed to have been impaired by drugs or alcohol. Crossing the roadway is prohibited, and there is no crosswalk in the area where Baldwin climbed over the divider separating pedestrians and traffic. Source: lasvegassun.com
