Stamford man arrested for breaking girlfriend's windshield - The Advocate
STAMFORD — A city man was arrested early Monday morning after he allegedly broke his girlfriend’s windshield in a drunken stupor, police said. Kelly Connelly said that just before 1 a. m. , a woman from Vista Street called police to report that her daughter’s boyfriend had broken into their apartment and smashed up her daughter’s car. When police arrived at the second-floor apartment and saw the man, “He immediately turned around, put his hands behind his back and said, ‘Just take me to jail,’ ” Connelly said.
