FRACKVILLLE — Frackville police arrested a borough man and charged him with bad checks. Police said Rockwell issued a check to Ashley Schwartz in the amount of $240, but the check was returned for insufficient funds and the woman subsequently charged an additional $12. The total owed by Rockwell is $252, police said. FRACKVILLE — Frackville police are investigating a criminal mischief incident that was reported to their department Monday. Police said Olga Crush, 155 N. Second St. , reported someone damaged the white vinyl siding on her garage. The siding had 13 small holes that were either made by a BB or pellet gun, police said, adding that Crush did not know when the damage occurred, saying she had not been in her garage since July 4.
