State Police seek info on Thruway hit-and-run - Finger Lakes Times
The driver was described as a black male with dreadlocks, possibly in his 40s. He was accompanied by a black female passenger described as being in her 60s. Troopers said the driver briefly pulled over after hitting the worker, then drove off. Anyone with information regarding the incident, or the identities of the people in the vehicle, are asked to contact Trooper Justin Tingue by calling 437-2831 or 437-2370.
