One person was killed and several others injured Monday in a chain-reaction crash involving sevel vehicles in St. Petersburg. According to police, the crash occurred at 3:23 p. m. at 34th Street South and 38th Avenue South. Police say Terry Crawford, 51, of Huntsville, Alabama, was speeding south on 34th Street when he failed to slow down in time for a red light at 38th Avenue S. Crawford's 2008 Chevrolet Uplander van skidded about 140 feet before crashing into the... The van then overturned and hit the rear passenger corner of a 2009 Toyota Tundra. Police said the Cavalier also hit a 2014 Kia Rio, which then hit the rear of a 2003 Nissan Altima.
