A Glance into the Future of Toyota's Hydrogen Mirai - Mid Valley News
The Toyota Mirai will be coming to Longo Toyota in late 2015. It is a California zero emission vehicle with horse power of 153, and with a full tank of hydrogen, it can go more than 300 miles in range. It has a push-button keyless start system, 8 way heated seats with a heated steering wheel, and noise reduced glass. It also has a premium audio system with HD radio built in with JBL speakers, touch screen controls for controlling the air conditioning and heated seats. Safety, like in all Toyota cars, is at the highest caliber as the Mirari has 8 SRS airbags, a blind spot monitor, a back-up camera, and a rear cross-traffic alert. Also, Mirari has multiple safety features to monitor the hydrogen in the car of course. This car also allows you to have a California white HOV carpool sticker, to allow a single person in the carpool lanes. The sleek body style reminds you of the Lexus GS 300 in the front and the tail end has a style of its own. If you were to try and compare the rear end to another car, it would be close to the new Toyota Corolla but not exactly the same. The only indication that it is a hydro fuel cell car is the badge on the car. Our hats off to Toyota for a great looking car. it felt more like a Lexus then a Chevy Volt to me. The HD radio was good and the stations were. Source: www.midvalleynews.com
